The Kingdom Preached — Parables & the Sermon on the Mount
The Sermon on the Mount and the parables aren't moral advice tacked onto the Gospel — they ARE the Gospel in miniature, describing a Kingdom already breaking in where mourners are comforted, the merciful receive mercy, and a mustard seed becomes a tree. Jesus teaches in stories on purpose: truth that has to be turned over in the heart, not just filed away in the head.
